What data is available to me through the Ignition platform and how does this differ to Redbook IQ reporting

Currently, the following reports are or will shortly be available in Ignition:

  • Marketing Funnel (Auto only): This tool gives you the power to research and generate learnings about your brand, giving you insight into what’s happening for your brand both on carsales, and in the market. Giving you a clear view of what part/s of the funnel (awareness/consideration/intention) your brand or model needs media support in, learn about your share of searches, views, and leads, and how this ranks against the industry or a specific competitive set.
  • Cross Search (Auto only): Providing an insight into the consideration of your brand or vehicle against a competitive set, the Cross Search tool shows what other models people are searching for after searching for yours.
  • Cross View (Auto only): Providing an insight into the consideration of your brand or vehicle against a competitive set , the Cross View tool shows what other models people are viewing for after viewing yours.
  • Cross Lead (Auto only): Providing an insight into the intent to buy your brand or vehicle against a competitive set, the Cross Enquiry tool shows what other models people are enquiring on after enquiring on yours.
  • Customer Profile (Auto and Non-Auto): Our Customer Profiling Tool allows us to understand different types of audiences; including their typical behaviour and what motivates them to make a purchase. We do this by conducting post-enquiry surveys. From analysing the data, we can determine what an OEM’s customer looks like, and how they differ from the ‘norm’ by demographic or by vehicle type AND give you insights around what your audience looks like; including but not limited to gender, age, location, brand, price range – we can even drill down to key purchase drivers.
  • Pre-Lead Consideration (Auto only): Understand your consumers better by knowing how they behave prior to submitting a lead on your brand. This report captures consideration behaviours such as how many segments, makes, models, and listings a customer viewed in the pre-lead stage.

This reporting is currently the same solution as available in Redbook IQ and Ignition will ultimately become the new destination for accessing this data and insight.
