Can a campaign have a mixed target audience selection?

Yes. You can select multiple target audiences, but they need to be in the same category. If you switch category, the previous selections will be cleared.

Example: If you select Brand Affinity Honda and Toyota, then selected Socio Demographic or Contextual, then your previous selections will be removed
