What is changing about the way I receive reports?
We're improving the way we send you campaign reports, making it easier and faster for you to access your campaign insights without having to rely on manually generated reports. You will now automatically receive reports direct to your inbox from Ignition.
What do I need to do?
If you're already registered on Ignition, no further action is necessary. If not, please register for an account to ensure uninterrupted access to your reports.
How often will I receive the report?
You will receive monthly campaign reports on the 5th of every month, along with a weekly campaign summary on Monday mornings.
Can I adapt the frequency of when I receive the email reports?
No, the reporting frequency is currently predetermined.
What information is included in the Weekly Campaign Summary?
The summary includes details of delivering campaign/s, campaign/s that are missing creative, campaign/s starting and/or ending soon. It also shows the performance graph for the last four weeks.
What does the Monthly Excel Report include?
The report includes campaign details, campaign-to-date metrics, period-based activities for the previous month.
Will my reporting look different?
Yes, your report will no longer be in a PowerPoint format. Instead, it will be delivered in an easy-to-digest Excel spreadsheet straight to your inbox.
Can I view my reports in real-time instead of waiting for the email?
Yes, within Ignition you can view real-time reporting, regardless of if you booked the campaign in Ignition or not. You can do this by viewing the campaign summary and campaign details. You can also export your report in Excel whenever you need.
What if I didn’t book my campaign in Ignition?
All campaigns will be available for reporting from Ignition, irrespective of whether they were booked within the platform. Reporting currently excludes programmatic activity and branded content performance and will be manually supplied by your account manager.
Will I still get a dedicated QBR or end of campaign meeting?
Absolutely – the process will not change. Your account manager will still support the analysis of your campaign and provide you with carsales research data to support your strategic planning process.
Will I need training to read the new report?
No, it is very easy to follow. If you do require assistance in interpreting the report, please reach out to your carsales account manager.
Why am I receiving multiple reports in one email?
If there are multiple active campaigns for your account, you will receive separate reports for each campaign as individual attachments.
Who will be cc'd in the Monthly Excel Report email?
The carsales account owner or the account manager related to your account will be cc'd in the email.
Who do I contact for any technical issues and support with my report?
For technical issues and support with your report, please contact support@ignition.carsales.com.au.
Who can I contact if I have questions about my reports?
You can reach out to your account manager for any questions or clarifications regarding your reports.
